• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and develop tailored treatment plans that facilitate their recovery journey.
• Provide individual therapy and crisis intervention services to patients coping with various mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and ongoing care.
• Lead and facilitate therapy groups and workshops focused on personal development, mental health education, and wellness topics to encourage patient engagement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and promoting wellness within the broader community.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.

Our patient population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be directly involved with patients who require compassionate guidance and support, emphasizing the importance of evidence-based practices and personalized care approaches tailored to individual needs.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; candidates with higher degrees will be prioritized.
• Proven ability to understand and address the unique mental health challenges faced by patients in community settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and collaborate with a diverse medical team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suitable for community health clinics.
• Adept at managing a diverse caseload and prioritizing tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

We seek candidates with at least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, clinical documentation software, and community outreach initiatives is highly beneficial.
