Role Description
EGAMI Group is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Designer who comes with the ability to move seamlessly between creative concepting and execution in supporting the creative development across brand, digital, and social projects. This role is ideal for a designer who is highly organized, takes pride in delivering thoughtful, polished work across every touchpoint, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can balance strong visual design with production execution. This role is a 3 - month contract role that comes with up to 100 hours/month.
Responsibilities
  • Design visually compelling presentation decks and client-facing materials
  • Build monthly social and digital content within established brand guidelines
  • Support digital campaign creative including display ads, paid social, and web assets
  • Assist with AI-generated mockups and creative concept visualization
  • Prepare layered production files and resize/adapt assets across formats
  • Ensure all creative deliverables are polished, accurate, on-brand, and production ready
  • Review work carefully for alignment, formatting consistency, grammar, spacing, and visual accuracy
  • Maintain strong organization of files, versions, and creative assets across projects
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to bring ideas to life
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of design experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising or related field
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design
  • Understanding of digital-first design systems and social content workflows
  • Experience with HTML5 digital ads is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
