Work Environment

This telehealth role allows for complete flexibility, enabling you to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, ensuring a work-life balance that is essential for your well-being. You will operate in a 100% remote setting, which requires a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to maintain patient confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly individualized therapy sessions via live video, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to ensure effective client care.
  • Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other counselors, to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the needs of each client.
  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor client improvement and dynamically adjust treatment goals as necessary.
  • Engage in consultations and seek support from our multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is required.
  • Proficiency in conducting telehealth therapy sessions with diverse populations, particularly adolescents and young adults.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and manage documentation processes.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
