This full-time, remote position offers an annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000. Although this role is remote, you will be a part of our intimate outpatient office team, collaborating closely with other therapists and staff to ensure a high standard of care. Our remote setting offers flexibility while encouraging continual interaction through virtual meetings, regular peer consultations, and coordinated treatment planning, enhancing teamwork and camaraderie among personnel.

• Provide comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments to identify treatment requirements, ensuring that services delivered align with best practices.
• Document informed consent from clients and maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable laws and our organizational protocols.
• Collaborate actively with fellow therapists, administrative staff, and external partners to create a multifaceted support system for clients.
• Stay updated on current industry trends and ethical guidelines to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

In this role, you will be primarily addressing the needs of a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your experience should equip you to work effectively with children, adolescents, adults, and families, using systemic perspectives to foster understanding and healing.

• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, professional counseling, or mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary counseling practices, crisis intervention strategies, and family systems theory.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling clear and empathetic interaction with clients and team members.

• At least two to three years of hands-on experience in a mental health counseling context.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of therapeutic tools and platforms for telehealth.
• A background that includes therapeutic work with children and families is highly desirable.
