Benetrends Financial is seeking an experienced 401(k) Retirement Plan Analystย  to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner with business owners and plan sponsors to ensure their retirement plans run smoothly, remain compliant, and deliver value to participants.

What You'll Do
ย 
ย As a Retirement Plan Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of 401(k) plan clients by:
ย 
ย Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned retirement plan clients
ย Managing day-to-day plan administration activities, including:
    • Contributions
    • Participant loans
    • Distributions
    • Hardship withdrawals
    • QDRO processing
Performing compliance testing, including ADP/ACP and 402(g) testing
Supporting annual compliance requirements, Form 5500 preparation, and plan deadlines.
Researching and resolving operational and compliance issues
Maintaining accurate workflow management and documentation in Pension Pro
Explaining retirement plan regulations and complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
Delivering exceptional service that builds long-term client relationships

Experience in 401(k) plan administration and retirement plan compliance
Working knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
ASPPA credentials (or a desire to pursue professional certifications) preferred
