LCG AdvisorsisseekingaBusiness Plan Writer in a contractor capacitywithinthe Small Business Services division.The Business Plan Writer willbe responsible forpreparing business plans for a variety of client needs, including standard commercial plans and immigration-focused plans such as EB-5 business plans. For EB-5 matters, responsibilities include preparing comprehensive, credible plans aligned with USCIS expectations and Matter of Ho principles, with clear documentation of business operations, capital deployment, job creationmethodology, hiring timelines, market support, and financial assumptions.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • The Business Plan Writer willbe responsible forpreparing business plans for a variety of client needs, including standard commercial plans and immigration-focused plans such as EB-5 business plans. For EB-5 matters, responsibilities include preparing comprehensive, credible plans aligned with USCIS expectations and Matter of Ho principles, with clear documentation of business operations, capital deployment, job creationmethodology, hiring timelines, market support, and financial assumptions.
  • Prepare complete business plans from start to finish, rather than selected sections only, with responsibility for the full written deliverable
  • Job creationmethodology, staffing plans, and hiring timelines designed todemonstratecreation of qualifying full-time U.S. jobs
  • Use of funds, capital deployment schedules, and operational milestones tied to business launch and growth
  • Market research, competitor analysis, and customer demand support for investor and immigration filings
  • Develop detailed financial projections with clearlystatedassumptions, including revenue, expenses, payroll, and break-even considerations, as part of the overall business plan
  • Complete the entire plan as the assigned subcontractor; these projects will not be divided into smaller components like our SBA business plans
  • Business descriptions covering the new commercial enterprise structure, management team, operations, permits, and implementation timeline


Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelors Degree Finance, Accounting, or business related field is required, unless candidate has 2-3 years in EB-5 business plans
    • 2-3 years of experience in EB-5 business plans, immigration support writing, or highly detailed compliance-oriented business planning, required
    • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear written narratives supported by research, staffing logic, and financial assumptions
    • Strong research skills, including market analysis, competitor review, and synthesis of source materials into persuasive business plan content
    • Comfort working with hiring plans, job creation projections, and use-of-funds narratives in a structured, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong written communication and professional writing skills
    • Ability to complete assignments efficiently while maintainingattention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills


    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Ability to work in a professional office or virtual environment
