• Conduct in-depth initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and evidence-based best practices.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to facilitate accessible virtual sessions, enabling clients to receive care regardless of their location.

The clients you will work with at Renew You Therapy come from a variety of backgrounds and present diverse mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and various other mental health disorders. Your compassionate and non-judgmental approach will be crucial in establishing trust and rapport with clients, facilitating progress in their therapeutic journeys.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on interpersonal interactions.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain an effective and manageable caseload.
• No history of disciplinary actions on board, ensuring a professional standard of care.

At least two years of clinical experience is preferred, preferably in a similar remote or community health setting. Experience with teletherapy and managing a diverse caseload will be viewed favorably, reflecting our commitment to quality and equitable mental health care.
