Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Slack, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and cloud-based document sharing is commonly expected. Standout soft skills include proactive communication, adaptability, and the ability to work independently without direct supervision. These competencies are crucial to maintaining productivity, collaboration, and accountability in a flexible, virtual work environment.
