• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to discover clients' specific mental health needs and devise individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic services using secure digital platforms, adapting your approach based on the distinct requirements of each client.
• Collaborate closely with clients to define therapeutic goals and maintain an ongoing support system throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a spectrum of therapeutic techniques aligning with clients' preferences and objectives, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused approaches.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and track client progress, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse array of clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will predominantly work with adult populations, providing them with tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with their experiences while creating a safe and non-judgmental virtual space.

• Current and valid license as a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrable empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to the diverse challenges clients face.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage therapy sessions and associated documentation.

• Experience with telehealth practices and virtual therapy platforms.
• Previous work in outpatient settings or community mental health services.
• A background in multi-cultural counseling and working with varied demographic populations.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome licensed therapists to our team. Benefits include:
