• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and challenges faced by your patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records to comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care that addresses various aspects of clients’ lives.
• Engage in educational outreach, supporting and informing patients and their families about mental health care options available to them.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and developments to enhance service delivery and treatment efficacy.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or social work setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address complex client needs.

• Experience with substance abuse treatment and recovery environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation.
• Continuing education or specialized training in trauma-informed practices and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
