• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to inform the development of tailored therapy plans that address their specific challenges and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where participants can share and grow.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and enhance continuity of care.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay updated with the latest trends in mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and ensure clients receive holistic support.

The ideal candidate will cater to a diverse array of patients, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges, trauma, substance use disorders, and other emotional difficulties.
