Job Overview

We are seeking experienced US-based Lawyers to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. The role involves conducting legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing legal content, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and providing expert feedback to improve accuracy and quality.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics.
  • Perform in-depth legal research to support project requirements and ensure accurate information.
  • Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.
  • Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve legal content and AI-generated outputs.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential legal issues.
  • Collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.
  • Support quality assurance and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in the United States.
  • Strong academic and professional credentials.
  • Experience at a top-tier US law firm is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in legal research, analysis, and drafting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Experience reviewing and evaluating legal content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience across multiple areas of US law.
  • Experience with legal content review or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
  • Interest in legal technology, AI, or emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, precision, and legal best practices.
