This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with patients across varied backgrounds and mental health needs. You will utilize our advanced telehealth platform to conduct assessments, provide counseling sessions, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. • Assist clients in navigating the complex healthcare landscape by providing guidance on integrated physical and behavioral health services.
• Educate clients on available resources and services, empowering them to engage in disease prevention and wellness initiatives for a healthier lifestyle.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights and utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care plans.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess and address the healthcare needs of clients, reporting findings to improve service delivery.

Our patient population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work closely with adults, adolescents, and families, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs and enhance their overall well-being.

• A master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, facilitated through your ability to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with health professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards is preferred.

Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in telehealth settings, is highly valued. Comfort with conducting therapy via video calls and utilizing digital tools for client assessment will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
