We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our innovative team at Conscious Therapy & Psychiatric Center. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to provide vital mental health services to clients in an outpatient setting from the comfort of your home while contributing significantly to their healing process. Our salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment

As a remote outpatient counselor, you will have the flexibility to design your work schedule within our operational hours of 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. This structure not only allows for work-life balance but also fosters an environment where lasting therapeutic relationships can be formed, whether through virtual or face-to-face sessions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to integrated, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and identify tailored treatment approaches.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and promoting resilience.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, develop coping strategies, and promote overall healing.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care for all patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and emotional stability.
  • Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and healthy coping mechanisms.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications
