• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that align with client needs.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to meet the distinct needs of clients.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive, holistic care for all clients.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of latest research and therapeutic techniques through workshops and advanced training opportunities.

This role involves working with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals dealing with anxiety and depression to couples navigating relational challenges. You will also have the chance to support clients from various backgrounds, including those recovering from trauma or managing substance abuse issues, ensuring that they are met with empathy and professionalism.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Maryland.
• At least two years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or telehealth setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a proven track record of establishing rapport with clients from diverse populations.

• Experience in remote counseling practices and proficiency with telehealth technology.
