Our remote work setting provides therapists with flexibility in managing their schedules while allowing them to engage deeply with clients through telehealth platforms. We have structured our work environment to promote work-life balance, fostering both productivity and personal well-being. You will work standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, encouraging a structured flow of work while you provide meaningful care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms of mood disorders, considering their severity, duration, and frequency.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their personal goals and preferences.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to address mood disorders.
• Offer education and workshops to clients and their families about mood problems, treatment paths, and self-care strategies.
• Monitor client progress rigorously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated and holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions as per legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in case consultations and professional development to continually enhance clinical skills and implement the latest practices in mood disorder treatment.
• Advocate for clients, including identifying stigmas around mental health and working towards fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as such, the role will require sensitivity and adaptability in interactions to ensure each person feels supported and understood. Your contributions will not only aid in the clients' recovery but also enrich the community’s overall mental health landscape.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.
• Proficient in using evidence-based treatment modalities specifically designed for mood disorders, like CBT and DBT.
• Solid knowledge of psychopharmacology and the intersection of therapy and medication management.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating positive outcomes in mood disorder treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

While a background in outpatient settings is essential, previous experience working specifically with mood disorders is highly preferred. Familiarity with various telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your performance in this role. A proven clinical track record reflecting effective engagement and treatment of clients will be advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, which reflects our organization’s commitment to recruiting highly skilled professionals.
