• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, employing standardized tools and methods to gather comprehensive data.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs, circumstances, and treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions engaging clients in various therapeutic modalities to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts.
• Provide couples counseling aiming to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and promote relationship satisfaction through structured techniques and exercises.
• Maintain meticulous client records that include evaluation notes, treatment updates, and thematic observations to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Regularly review and amend treatment plans in response to clients’ progress, feedback, and evolving needs.
• Utilize crisis intervention strategies to assist clients during acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and immediate support.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training to stay informed about the latest practices in marriage and family therapy.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Kansas.
• Proven experience (at least 2 years) in providing therapeutic services to individuals and couples.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct timely and thorough client assessments and maintain detailed records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults in various therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches and a passion for continuous learning in therapeutic practices.
• Prior experience in a remote therapy setting and knowledge of teletherapy tools is advantageous.

This full-time role offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
