In this role, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure high-quality care for our clients.

Work Environment

This position allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your home, offering flexibility in your work schedule. This position operates on a standard schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, using appropriate modalities tailored to the client's needs (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.).
  • Performing initial intake assessments to gather relevant information and develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients.
  • Providing ongoing mental health support, including crisis intervention and referrals to additional resources when necessary.
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed in accordance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Participating in case consultations and team meetings to enhance treatment efficacy and share best practices.
  • Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, participating in continuing education opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will work with a diverse client population, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients often present with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise will assist in creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe to express their concerns and work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
  • An active and valid license to practice in Washington State, such as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • A strong foundation in assessing mental health conditions and developing effective treatment plans.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for teletherapy and electronic record keeping.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
