• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to thoroughly understand their mental health challenges and personal goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth, addressing a diverse array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that clearly outline specific goals, tailored interventions, and measurable outcomes based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients navigating acute mental health crises.
• Educate clients on mental health concepts, equip them with effective coping strategies, and inform them about available community resources to enhance their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress documentation, and outcomes, in strict adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to therapy practice, safeguarding client confidentiality and informed consent.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity when working with a multifaceted client base, recognizing and respecting individual differences.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

As a member of Hope Being Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, across various socio-economic backgrounds. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and collaboration with team members.
