• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team framework.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting.
