Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs to develop detailed, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote client wellness and facilitate healing, ensuring adherence to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality.
• Document clinical progress meticulously and in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, utilizing our streamlined electronic health record system.
• Foster collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health strategies and resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.
• Continuously update your knowledge of mental health best practices and research to provide the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your expertise in trauma-informed care will be critical in helping individuals effectively navigate their personal stories and experiences. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust will enhance patient engagement and promote therapeutic success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive clinician-patient relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
