The goal is to ensure that landlords and tenants are complying with the terms of the lease, such as rent charges, operating expenses, and other financial obligations. Remote lease audits can help uncover discrepancies, overcharges, or errors without the need for in-person visits, making the process more efficient and cost-effective.
