REMOTE opportunity! Prefer someone who lives in the Pacific or Mountain Standard Time Zone.

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Program Specialist to lead the development and governance of a centralized knowledge management ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in creating a single source of truth for both customer-facing and internal information, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and actionable across the organization.

Note: This is not a Learning Management System (LMS) role and is not a Technical Writer position.

Top Required Skills

  • Program/Project Management- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution.
  • Knowledge & Information Management- Expertise in knowledge architecture, governance, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management.
  • Technical Communication- Ability to organize complex information and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in: Knowledge Management, Information Management, Content Operations, and Documentation Management
  • Experience building or transforming knowledge management systems and processes.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks, standards, and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications
