• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, which will inform personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions using a variety of methodologies to promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
• Set detailed therapeutic goals and consistently monitor client progress, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring mental health services are available to all.

Your work will primarily focus on clients from diverse backgrounds who are overcoming challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. • A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Exemplary empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to balance a productive caseload.

• Experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Previous experience working in a community health setting is advantageous.
• Strong background in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting virtual therapy sessions.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
