• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, employing standardized tools and individualized interviews.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously through electronic health records, ensuring that all records are maintained in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, helping them navigate immediate challenges effectively.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health treatment, integrating evidence-based practices into your work.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A current and active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
