Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse client needs.
• Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions, tailoring techniques to suit each session’s goals.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, enhancing client care and support.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, ensuring you remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Azure Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients who present with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
