Job description

Hiring a Senior Learning Experience Designer for 100% Remote position.

Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 40 Hours/Week
Duration: Contract through the end of 2026 with possible extension
Pay Rate: Up to $36.00/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging ILT, vILT, and eLearning content.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, videos, gamification, and interactive learning using Articulate 360.
  • Partner with SMEs to analyze training needs and build scalable learning solutions.
  • Manage training content within LMS platforms.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, ADDIE, and instructional design methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, LMS platforms, ILT/vILT, and eLearning development.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
