Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health concerns, resulting in accurate clinical diagnoses and appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices, ensuring that sessions are relevant and responsive to each client's goals.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, assisting clients during acute mental health crises by de-escalating situations and developing immediate support plans while also following up on longer-term needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, which include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal documentation guidelines.
