In this full-time remote position, you will provide essential therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, playing a crucial role in their mental health journey. Work Environment

This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you flexibility while maintaining a supportive environment within our outpatient office framework. Though much of your work may be conducted from home, you will remain connected through regular virtual team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, resulting in accurate clinical diagnoses and appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices, ensuring that sessions are relevant and responsive to each client's goals.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, assisting clients during acute mental health crises by de-escalating situations and developing immediate support plans while also following up on longer-term needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, which include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal documentation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with diverse interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure an integrated care approach that holistically addresses client needs.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their journey, while actively advocating for their rights.
