Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform detailed evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, utilizing standardized tools and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver Individual Therapy: Provide psychotherapy sessions using individualized therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Set and Track Therapeutic Goals: Collaborate with clients to establish clear and achievable goals, closely monitoring their progress towards these objectives during sessions.
  • Provide Teletherapy Services: Assess and support clients in virtual sessions, using technology to bridge gaps for those who may have mobility concerns or prefer remote access to therapy.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed records to comply with ethical standards and facilitate effective treatment (including progress notes and treatment plans).
