Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments for patients, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet diverse client needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during meetings and documentation processes, ensuring coordinated care and effective treatment delivery.
  • Provide individual and family therapy using a variety of clinical modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain ethical and timely documentation of all client interactions, adhering to departmental standards.
  • Engage in case management activities, working closely with community programs and hospital professionals to secure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Leverage telehealth technology to provide remote counseling services, ensuring continuity of care for all clients during varied circumstances.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will primarily focus on an adolescent and family client population within a school setting. Qualifications
