Our system facilitates in-house credentialing, the management of your insurance participation, and oversight of scheduling, enabling you to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to your clients.

• Conduct comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments for patients, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during meetings and documentation processes, ensuring coordinated care and effective treatment delivery.
• Provide individual and family therapy using a variety of clinical modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation of all client interactions, adhering to departmental standards.
• Engage in case management activities, working closely with community programs and hospital professionals to secure comprehensive support for clients.
• Leverage telehealth technology to provide remote counseling services, ensuring continuity of care for all clients during varied circumstances.

In this position, you will primarily focus on an adolescent and family client population within a school setting. Your role is pivotal in identifying mental health concerns, providing therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care for young individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. This environment requires empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or social work setting.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and related technologies to facilitate effective remote counseling.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in school-based mental health settings and those who are adept in various therapeutic modalities, particularly in managing crisis situations and conducting assessments. Familiarity with state laws and regulations concerning the treatment of minors will be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
