This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Conduct thorough assessments via secure video conferencing to identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized care plans based on comprehensive evaluations, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address clients' unique circumstances.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions that promote resilience, coping strategies, and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress towards their therapeutic goals, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and healthcare professionals, to coordinate effective interventions and share best practices.

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your expertise will be critical in helping young individuals navigate their emotional landscapes, fostering resilience and empowering them to thrive academically and socially.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification with no disciplinary actions.
• Proven experience in clinical social work, including conducting assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
