Regular business hours will be your primary schedule, with some evening and weekend commitments for special events and programs. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.
• Provide tailored and evidence-based individual and group counseling for clients grappling with various personal challenges, ranging from grief and loss to chronic illness.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that reflect clients' objectives while aligning with their psychosocial needs.
• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights and access to essential resources, actively addressing barriers to mental health care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance program development and service delivery, ensuring holistic approaches to care.

You will primarily support clients in hospice care, which involves sensitive and profound issues associated with end-of-life situations. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational abilities to build rapport and foster connections with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of social justice frameworks, advocacy practices, and the principles of trauma-informed care.

• Prior experience in a nonprofit environment or with hospice/palliative care settings is preferred.
