Job description

We’re Looking for Our Next Leader

Are you at a point in your career where you know you’re capable of more, but your current position doesn’t give you much room to grow?

We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated professionals who want to build a career in leadership, client relations, and professional development.

This is an opportunity to start at the ground level, learn the business, develop your communication and sales skills, and grow into leadership through hands-on training and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience or a management title.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Professional and confident communicating with others
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by personal growth
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Interested in developing leadership skills
  • Someone who enjoys working with people and building relationships

Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but it is not required. Training and mentorship are provided.

Why This Opportunity?

Because entry-level shouldn’t mean you’re stuck at entry-level.

Our goal is to develop individuals who want to take on greater responsibility as they grow. If you’re looking for a position where you can build transferable skills, increase your earning potential, and work toward leadership rather than simply clocking in and out, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Meeting virtually with working families to educate them on their available benefits
  • Building relationships and communicating with clients throughout the enrollment process
  • Conducting virtual presentations and consultations
  • Helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions
  • Developing strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Requirements
  • Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom)
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is advantageous
  • A degree is welcome but not required—performance and initiative are what matter most

Benefits

Flexible schedule, mentorship from top industry leaders, opportunities for national and international travel.
