Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) at Twins Behavioral Solutions, your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead group sessions that provide clients with a safe space to connect and share their experiences, fostering peer support and learning.
• Conducting Individual Therapy: Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions that focus on client exploration of thoughts and emotions, developing tailored coping strategies.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to devise individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.
• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress using various evaluation tools and provide feedback to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care and address complex cases, ensuring all client needs are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will focus on a diverse clientele, primarily young adults experiencing mental health issues. These may include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related challenges, and interpersonal difficulties. Your commitment to understanding the nuanced experiences of this age group will be critical in delivering effective treatment and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
