Zeiders Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zeiders Wellness Clinic, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients share their stories, connect with each other, and explore their journeys toward mental wellness.
• Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, employing empathy and active listening to help clients uncover their thoughts and emotions while developing personalized coping strategies.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess client progress using established assessment tools and feedback methods to adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care, share insights about client progress, and contribute to complex case discussions.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. This role is crucial in helping them navigate their challenges, fostering resilience, and promoting recovery through strength-based and person-centered approaches.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• A strong commitment to ethical standards and a client-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

While not required, candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

• Experience working with young adults in mental health settings.
• Knowledge or training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with community resources and interdisciplinary collaboration.
