The Lead Platform Operations Expert is a savvy technologies who defines the "Gold Standard" for platform reliability in an Agent-forward world. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical strategy for global, multi-environment OutSystems setups.
  • Define the security and data residency protocols for AI agents operating within the OutSystems platform.
  • Lead the transition from manual platform maintenance to Autonomous Platform Engineering, utilizing AI to predict and prevent system failures.
  • Design the "Platform Workbench," leveraging Agentic Workflows to automate 60%+ of routine administrative tasks (upgrades, patching, scaling).
  • Influence the OutSystems Product Management team by providing field-tested requirements for AI infrastructure.
