• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring approaches to meet diverse needs.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continued education opportunities to remain informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Clients of all ages will benefit from your specialized care, which is essential for helping them navigate the complexities of their lives and achieve long-term recovery and wellness.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) within the state of Florida.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting that emphasizes therapeutic interventions.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

• Experience with remote therapy platforms and telehealth protocols.
