  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and participate in the creation and implementation of positive supports to enhance client outcomes.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to gather essential data for informed treatment recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to regulatory standards, contributing to cohesive and transparent team dynamics.
  • Represent Community Outreach Mental Care in statewide meetings and collaborate with various agencies to foster partnerships that enhance service delivery.
  • Continually pursue professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
  • Promote and embody the agency's mission and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Complete other duties as needed, supporting the strategic goals of the clinic as directed by the Clinic Director.
