As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with our clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the needs of your clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to gather pertinent information.
• Formulating and executing strategic treatment plans that integrate evidence-based modalities, tailored specifically to enhance the psychological wellbeing of patients.
• Providing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other clinically supported techniques based on each client's individual circumstances.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure that every client receives well-rounded, comprehensive care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
• Educating and guiding clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and connecting them with community resources.
• Remaining informed about advancements in mental health practices, and integrating new research findings into your therapeutic approach.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will apply a client-centered approach that respects the individuality of each patient while also recognizing their potential for growth and recovery within a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused interventions and a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

While not mandatory, experience with specific populations, such as children, LGBTQ+ individuals, or underrepresented communities, is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and experience in teletherapy practices will be considered advantageous.
