• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to gauge presenting issues and establish treatment goals. This may include initial intake sessions where you gather crucial background information and understand clients' histories.
• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy. You will adapt these modalities to meet each client's unique therapeutic journey.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that goals are measurable, achievable, and tailored to provoking positive changes.
• Monitor and document client progress thoughtfully and constructively, employing a variety of clinical tools and interventions to facilitate a responsive treatment process.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations throughout all client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops, ensuring that your clinical skills remain current and in alignment with industry standards.
• Establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients founded on trust and open communication, fostering an environment conducive to emotional growth and healing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is preferred, ideally in a private practice context or community health setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. We also offer a competitive sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
