• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that the unique needs of each client are met effectively.
• Monitor treatment outcomes by engaging in regular reviews with multidisciplinary team members, optimizing client care based on feedback and progress.
• Provide supportive counseling and resources to families, assisting them in advocating for their loved ones and navigating healthcare services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards in your practice.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to build rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the therapeutic process.

This position specifically focuses on serving the senior population, working closely with individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders. You will be instrumental in connecting clients with community resources, promoting their integration into supportive networks, and enhancing their occupational and social functioning.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
• Valid clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida is required.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for elder populations, with experience in crisis management and intervention.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to articulate clients' needs and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to balance a caseload and meet deadlines.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with senior clients, is preferred.
• Bilingual skills, specifically in English and Spanish, are a plus, enhancing communication and support for diverse client populations.
