Job description

Wades Lawn Service is currently searching for full time lawncare crew members and crew leaders. Our services include mowing maintenance, hardscape work, seasonal flower planting.

Salary considerations will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience, reference checks, and professional demeanor. Typical starting pay is $18 per hour and can be negotiable depending on experience..

We work Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 am. Days and hours can vary on the weather. Longer days may be necessary to complete a project but not often. ;There may be occasional weekend work but typically no weekends (some weeks could be part-time and some weeks over 40 hours)

Applicants should have the following qualities:

• Enjoys working outside and doing occasional hard work

• Good attitude, works will with others with good leadership skills and also teachable.

• Clean, neat and professional appearance and attitude

• Comes to work on time and honors commitments

• Physically able to work 8-10 hour days. Able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must have own transportation to and from work

• Must have a valid drivers license

• Know how to operate most lawn care maintenance equipment a plus
