We are seeking a proactive, organized, and compassionate Client Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for clients while supporting our legal team in delivering a seamless client experience.

Position Summary

As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating appointments, facilitating client intake, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring every client receives timely, professional support throughout their interaction with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Conduct client intake and collect required information and documentation.

Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars.

Maintain accurate client records within the firm's case management system.

Coordinate communication between attorneys, staff, and clients.

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on client matters.

Prepare administrative documents and correspondence.

Support daily office operations while maintaining strict confidentiality.
