• Work in partnership with law enforcement and emergency response personnel to ensure client safety and coordinate effective interventions.

Your primary focus will be on clients facing challenges related to addiction, mental health crises, trauma, and emotional disturbances. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is essential for this position.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in crisis intervention and mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to work with individuals in acute distress.
• Experience in addiction therapy or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based crisis intervention methods and de-escalation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively build rapport and trust with clients.
