Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a spectrum of treatment options, including prevention, intervention, and recovery services tailored to individual client needs.

  • Deliver crisis intervention and responsive support, effectively assessing and managing emergencies as they arise.

  • Manage a caseload that includes conducting assessments, as well as individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions address client-specific challenges and goals.

  • Regularly monitor client progress, including treatment admissions, ongoing care, and discharge criteria, ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Complete required documentation and reports punctually, adhering to organizational policies for data management.

  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.

  • Engage in quality improvement committees and initiatives aimed at enhancing agency service delivery and overall patient care.

Qualifications
