Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, adapting your approach to suit diverse client backgrounds and challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant client information, adhering to both organizational policies and HIPAA compliance.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in ongoing training sessions to further develop your skills and remain current with emerging trends in the mental health field.
• Stay informed about the latest research and treatment methodologies to enhance your therapeutic approach and improve client outcomes.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and maintain the confidentiality of client information in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client population, which may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• Current and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• At least 1 year of experience practicing independently and providing clinical services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect compassionately with clients.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools necessary for virtual counseling.

Preferred Experience

We value candidates with 1-3 years of professional experience in mental health counseling. Experience with specific populations or specialized modalities can further enhance your application, as will familiarity with various teletherapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits
