Accountabilities:
As the Lead AI Generative Designer, you will oversee the development of scalable AI-powered creative pipelines while ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across visual content production. - Strong expertise with generative AI ecosystems such as ComfyUI, Flux, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, WaveSpeed, or similar technologies.
- Experience building automated workflows using APIs, n8n, batch generation tools, scripting, or comparable automation solutions.
- Excellent understanding of image realism, composition, anatomy, lighting, visual consistency, and artifact reduction.
- Ability to design scalable production systems rather than one-off creative solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience establishing technical direction and improving creative processes.
