This position operates in a remote setting, enabling our therapists to provide services to clients across various locations. • Recognize and assess signs and symptoms of a wide range of mental health disorders, employing evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Design, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, tracking their progress and making necessary adjustments as treatment evolves.
• Uphold the utmost confidentiality of client information, adhering to ethical practices and privacy laws.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care, conducting regular meetings to discuss client cases and treatment strategies.
• Act as an advocate for clients during crisis situations, employing intervention strategies to address immediate needs and connecting them with resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to strengthen clinical skills and expand therapeutic expertise.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and relational challenges. Clients may be navigating various life stages and transitions, necessitating customized and sensitive therapeutic approaches. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Vermont with a clear disciplinary history.

• Proficient knowledge of therapeutic methodologies and models, with the ability to apply them effectively in a clinical setting.

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or counseling position, preferably in a similar community health or telehealth setting.
• Adeptness in working with varied therapeutic practices tailored to diverse client backgrounds and issues.
• Experience with client-centered, solution-focused, and strength-based therapeutic methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
