This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining an essential connection to clients throughout Massachusetts. The schedule is standardized for consistency, running Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, using evidence-based practices and tailored approaches to address unique client needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies, incorporating assessments and ongoing evaluations to adapt to clients' progress.
• Engage in inter-professional collaboration with other healthcare providers remotely, enhancing client outcomes through shared insights and resources.
• Maintain thorough and compliant records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of emotional, psychological, and social challenges. From anxiety and depression to trauma and family dynamics, your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their unique journeys toward improved mental health and well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts, allowing you to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and treatment planning.

• Experience with virtual therapy platforms and tools, showcasing adaptability to remote service delivery.
• Strong background in trauma-informed care and cultural competency.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an ability to incorporate them into treatment plans.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
