• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices and tailored, solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect client information.
• Collaborate within a dedicated treatment team, participating in comprehensive case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
• Educate and guide patients and their families on mental health conditions and available community resources, fostering their understanding and engagement in the healing process.
• Stay current on industry research, best practices, and emerging therapies to continuously improve the quality of care provided to clients.

In your role, you will work predominantly with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, demonstrating the ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet client-specific needs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex cases and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting preferred, especially in a remote work capacity.
